AI Question Prompts (for CBT CSV)

🧩 What is this page?

Writing exam questions by hand is slow. This page gives you ready-made prompts you can paste into any free AI chat (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to instantly draft questions in the exact CSV format the CBT page accepts.

The platform itself uses no paid AI — you simply copy a prompt, fill in the blanks ([TOPIC], [NUMBER], [CLASS/LEVEL]), paste it into a free chat, copy the CSV it returns, edit it to suit your needs, save as a .csv file, and upload it on the CBT page. Pick the level that matches your need:

1. Simple question prompt

Best for younger classes & quick tests — multiple choice and yes/no only.

2. Intermediate question prompt

For mid-level assessments — adds numeric, short-answer and multiple-response questions.

3. Advanced question prompt

Exam-grade (WAEC/NECO/UTME) — adds matching, ordering and essay questions.

4. Enterprise CBT Pro v3 prompt — 17 question types

Structured like HMG Academy CBT Pro: strict CSV header, type distribution, deterministic scoring, no paid API.

✅ Step-by-step

  1. Click Copy prompt on the level you want.
  2. Open any free AI chat in a new tab and paste the prompt.
  3. Replace [TOPIC], [NUMBER] and [CLASS/LEVEL] with your details, then send.
  4. Copy the CSV the AI returns. Review and edit every question for accuracy (you are the teacher!).
  5. Paste it into a spreadsheet or a plain text file and save as questions.csv.
  6. Go to the CBT page → create an exam → Upload CSV. Done.

ENTERPRISE STRICT CSV PROMPT — UTME / Common Entrance / Multi-Subject

Use this when the exam contains multiple subjects at once. It forces the output to be a downloadable CSV file content and tags every question with its subject/section so the CBT page can show subject tabs simultaneously.

MCQ-ONLY STRICT CSV PROMPT

Use this when you want only multiple-choice questions. The output must be saved as a downloadable CSV file and uploaded directly into CBT.
