Who uses it: Bursar / HR.

How to use it:

1. Click + Add new; pick the staff member and enter the amount borrowed.
2. Set the monthly repayment (EMI) and number of months.
3. Update amount repaid over time and the status.

Advantages:

• EMI repayment tracking
• Live outstanding balance
• Status: active / completed / defaulted

Benefit to the school: Controlled, transparent staff lending with no missed repayments.
