🎓 Academic Transcripts — cumulative official history

A transcript summarises a learner’s completed subjects and grades across multiple terms/sessions. It is different from a term report card and should be issued only after checking identity and published academic records.

1. Confirm the student’s admission number and full name in Students.
2. Confirm report scores/results for every term/session to be included.
3. Click Add new, pick the student, state the session/year and term, then enter the verified cumulative average/GPA and subject-grade summary.
4. Review spelling, missing terms and grading scale; mark final only after approval.
5. Export portable JSON/CSV for future re-import and print the approved transcript for the recipient.
