Parent–Child Mapping

Who uses it: Admin / office staff.

How to use it:

1. Click + Add new.
2. Pick the parent from the dropdown (registered parent accounts).
3. Pick the student from the class-grouped, searchable list and set the relationship.

Advantages:

• Both parent and student chosen from lists — no typing IDs
• Searchable pickers
• Powers the parent portal

Benefit to the school: Accurate family links so parents see exactly their own children.
