Promotion / Graduation

Who uses it: Admin/proprietor run it at session end.

How to use it:

1. Click ⚙ Auto-promote (by exam); set a pass benchmark and the graduating class.
2. The system drafts promote / repeat / graduate decisions from each student's term average.
3. Review & edit any row, then click ✅ Apply promotions. Nothing changes until you apply.
