ℹ️ What is this page?

Gallery is part of the School Connect portal. Albums, Google Drive image linking, YouTube embeds.

Who should use it: Super admin Admin principal proprietor head Teacher bursar Staff Teacher Parent Student. Admin/Super Admin may see management overviews, while non-admin roles only see pages relevant to their duties.

  1. Read this guide first so you understand the purpose of the page.
  2. Use + Add new only if your role is allowed to create records.
  3. Use Refresh, Export CSV or Export PDF for records and reporting.
  4. Ask the 💬 assistant, or open Feature Guide, for a fuller explanation.
